The ECOWAS, especially the Commissioner in charge of Macro-economic Policies, Prof. BAMBA N’Galadjo, in scientific partnership with the sub-region’s researchers and academics, is organising a symposium on « New ways to overcome under-development » in Ouagadougou from 2^nd  to 4th March 2010.
